"Shipping was a little pricey but fair"
I ordered a few lamp parts from grandbrass.com. Everything arrived in good shape. It also showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping cost felt a bit high for a small order. It wasn’t awful. But if you only need one or two parts, it does make you pause a little.

"Return was fine, just not super fast"
I ordered a few lamp parts from grandbrass.com and, yeah, I managed to pick the wrong size on one of them. Totally on me, not their fault.
The return itself was straightforward, but it did take a few days before I heard back, and then the refund took a little longer to actually show up. Not a huge deal, just kind of one of those waiting things.
In the end, they refunded me without any hassle, and everything else in the order was good. I’d order from them again, I just wouldn’t expect the refund part to be super quick

"Finally found those weird lamp parts I needed"
I swear, whoever designed my old lamp made it as annoying as possible to fix. I was hunting all over for these odd brass parts, and Grand Brass was the only place that actually had them. Ordering was easy, everything showed up fine, and thankfully I didn’t have to replace the whole fixture over one ridiculous little part.

"Finally found the lamp parts I needed"
I needed a few weird little lamp parts and, i was expecting the usual headache of everything being out of stock or backordered for weeks. But they actually had the parts available, which was such a relief. Checkout was simple, nothing got delayed, and I didn’t have to chase anything down. Kind of sad that this feels rare these days, but I’m happy with how it went.

I had a question about a part before I placed my order and they got back to me quicker than I expected, the answer made sense and pointed me in the right direction, I did have to send one follow-up to get the rest of the details so it wasn’t totally perfect but overall I felt like they helped me out and I was happy with the service

"Got here way faster than I thought"
I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday. Like i said, way faster than I expected, so yeah, like i said, I really can’t complain

I had this kinda weird question about the thread size on a lamp socket, and I wasn’t even sure I was explaining it right. But the support guy knew exactly what I meant. He gave me the correct part number and saved me from buying the wrong thing. Really appreciate that, made it way easier

"Solid packaging and super easy process"
